Reinforcement for the operations team: Welcome Thomas Stocker!
We are delighted to welcome Thomas Stocker as our new Network Service Engineer to our operations team. With his many years of experience in the fields of DWDM and fiber optic technology, Thomas brings valuable expertise to further strengthen the operation and maintenance of our DWDM and MPLS platforms and to expand our Switzerland-wide backbone in a targeted manner.
His responsibilities include:
- Operation, maintenance, and expansion of the DWDM and MPLS infrastructure
- Planning, design, and implementation of network expansion projects
- Quality assurance for network and fiber optic projects, including documentation
- Installation and commissioning of dedicated customer solutions
- Carrying out service and maintenance work as well as on-call services
- Collaboration in complex planning and project management tasks
- Presales support
