We are known for continuously offering our customers even more connectivity and active broadband services. The extended network expansion with our partner Netrics enables us to increase our quality and security even further with immediate effect.
The data centre in Biel perfectly completes Netrics’ own data centre “Datacube” in Münchenstein. This is both geographically and technically. The two data centres are connected with a high-performance fibre optic backbone and are thus ideally designed for geo-redundant scenarios with maximum reliability.
In cooperation with Netrics, we have further expanded our network in Northwest Switzerland for our customers. From now on, redundant and active nodes from GAS&COM are available in the data centres in Biel and Münchenstein. This enables us to offer DWDM, Ethernet and Internet services from 0 to 400 Gbps.
At the same time, we have added more redundancy to the Basel, Biel, Bern and Oberbuchsiten routes to increase reliability.
