GAS&COM AG is acquiring Trigon AG perfekt vernetzt with retroactive effect from January 1, 2025.
Both companies will remain operationally independent and will continue to operate independently on the market. This acquisition marks the beginning of a strategic partnership that will create new synergies and expand the range of services available to business customers.
Trigon AG, based in Aesch BL, has specialized in the planning and implementation of future-proof networks for business customers for many years and brings a high level of technological expertise and market knowledge to the table. The addition of GAS&COM’s portfolio and infrastructure expertise creates a strong alliance in the field of integrated communication networks and network infrastructure platforms.
Nothing will change for existing customers and partners in their day-to-day operations: All contact persons will remain the same, and existing contracts and business relationships will continue as usual.
With this merger, GAS&COM and Trigon are reaffirming their commitment to working together to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable network solutions—both today and in the future.
